This villa has a lovely south facing outlook. The patio doors open into a cosy lounge/dining area off which is a fully equipped galley kitchen with cooker hob and oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils and outside to the rear is a washing machine. To the right there is a twin bedded room with en-suite bath and shower room. and to the left is the second twin bedded room with an adjacent shower and toilet room. The outside terrace is tiled and has both a shaded area and a lovely square sitting area. At either end of this terrace there are lockable gates which  separate it from the entrance pathway and the three steps that lead down to the pool area which can also house sunloungers and has a BBQ. This makes the villa very safe for small children. The pool is approx 9.25m by 4m At the broad, shallow end access is by tiled steps and the pool is approx 1.75m deep. This villa has a well maintained garden with expansive terracing. There is also a roof terrace - ideal for sunbathers. Pool heating has been added to this pool and is available for an additional fee for those who might wish this comfort in the cooler weeks of early and late season.

This villa faces south east and has patio doors opening into a moderately large lounge/ dining room. An archway at the rear of the lounge leads into the kitchen area which again is fully equipped with frig, cooker hob and oven, microwave oven dishwasher and a plentiful supply of all kitchen cooking utensils, crockery etc. A backdoor from the kitchen leads to an outside cupboard housing the washing machine and other cleaning utensils. From the lounge a short corridor leads to the family bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, WHB and toilet. There are two twin bedded rooms to the left of the corridor and a double bedroom to the right which has an en-suite toliet/shower  & WC room. To the front of the villa there is a covered terrace opening on to an extensive patio area for eating out with a BBQ or simply for relaxation on the loungers. This aera is separated by a gated balustrade from the swimming pool which is L- shaped, approx 10m by 4.5m giving a swimming area of 42sq m. and is approx 1.75metre at its deepest. The shallow end, with tiled entrance steps, forms the base of the 'L' and a small wall separates it from the deeper swimming area giving a pleasant swimming are for small children. The pool is surrounded by a paved terrace .This pool can be heated in the cooler months of spring and autumn for a small fee.

This villa faces southwest looking towards Majorca which can be seen on a clear day. Three steps lead up from the gated street entrance onto a tiled terrace surrounding the villa. Again patio doors open on to a large lounge/dining area. Through the door to the rear is a fully equipped kitchen with a frig, cooker hob and oven, microwave oven and dishwasher, large full height cupboard and plenty of wall covers stocked with crockery and utensils to meet all your needs. To the right of the lounge a doorway leads to a double bedroom and large family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WHB and toilet. Also on the right is a twin bedded room adjacent to a smaller family bathroom with bath/shower, WHB and toilet. To the left of the lounge is the third bedrom with twin beds. There is a washing machine in a cupboard to the rear of the villa adjacent to a drying area. The pool in this villa is in the sunny paved area of the photograph. It is approx. 10m by 3.5m to give a swimming area of 38sq m.and is approx 1.75m at its deepest end. There are tiled entrance steps at the shallow end and again safety for young children is provided by gates at either end of the terrace. This villa also has a paved garden with flowering shrubs. This pool can also be heated in the cooler months of spring and autumn.

The villas are situated in a quiet area of Calan Porter only 7 minutes away from the main shopping and restaurants area. Cala'n Porter's sandy beach is within 10 minutes walk away.


The Swimming Pools

The pools are just under a metre in depth at the shallow end and about 1.75 metre at the deepest part. Tiled steps lead into them at the shallow ends. Heating has been installed which can be operational during the months of April, May, June, late September and October onwards for an aditional fee. To retain the heat the pools are covered with a pool covers which are rolled up during the day. These are essential items in conserving the water temperature but are expensive and delicate pieces of equipment. It is therefore essential that the clients accept the responsibility for their maintenance and make sure that the children and all members of their party take care of them.

 Holiday Insurance

It is essential that clients take out their own holiday insurance in the event of cancellation due to ill health or some other unforseen event.
